Located in the area of Bergerac in the South Dordogne, this property produces its own excellent AOC Bergerac wine. Land about 17 ha, of which 14.7 ha are vineyards.

A pretty chartreuse built of white stone gives its name to the wine. Further buildings on both sides of the chartreuse are used for the production which starts with the grape pressing, and ends with the finished wine bottles. All the machinery and equipment is included in the sale.

So far, the chartreuse holds an appartment of 90 m², which could ealily be extended. Part of the outbuildings could also be converted into a lodging.
